Alabama Strategic Plans & Action Plans
The State of Alabama Consolidated Plan, prepared by the AHFA and the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs
, is an annual U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development
-required document which outlines Alabama's affordable housing and community development needs and strategies to meet them. AHFA participates in the Consolidated Plan process each year by submitting an action plan for the HOME Investment Partnerships program
and the AHFA National Housing Trust Fund program
