Wylene Craft of developer Guilford Companies said, "The revitalization of Vista Terrace is extremely important to everyone. The residents received a 'new' home and that translates into community pride. And, our investors received a new stream of tax credits at typically lower debt than new construction properties."

The stability that our long-term team members bring to our community and its residents is invaluable."
