Alabama Housing Finance Authority (the "Authority") hereby gives notice of its intention to conduct a public hearing for the purpose of receiving comments from any interested person regarding the plans of the Authority to amend documents relating to its Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bonds (Valley Brook Apartments Project), 2017 Series A, issued in the original principal amount of $12,460,000 and, upon the date of the said amendments, the maximum principal amount of the bonds outstanding will be $12,247,048.69, which are exempt facility bonds under Section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, the proceeds of which were used to finance a qualified residential rental project of 240 units known as the Valley Brook Apartments located at 2969 Gallant Drive, Birmingham, Alabama; the owner of the project is Steele Valley Brook LLC, an Alabama limited liability company.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing concerning amendment of such documents, the bonds and the project will be held by the Authority at 10:00 a.m. on May 22, 2019, at the offices of the Authority, 7460 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Suite 200, Montgomery, Alabama.
