An open house and ribbon cutting for Grace Pointe Apartments in Auburn was held November 29. The newly constructed development was financed in part by $1.45 million in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds and $647,773 in Housing Credits, both administered by AHFA.
Grace Pointe provides 56 affordable two-bedroom apartments for elderly in the Lee County area. The units are equipped with various security features, storm doors, central heat/air, washer/dryer hookups, ceiling fans, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators with ice maker.
The development also features amenities such as a clubhouse with community room, computer center, exercise room, gazebo, and picnic area with grills.
